Express Freight Finance’s Response to COVID-19

Express Freight Finance’s Response to COVID-19

Like many of you, we have been closely following the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). The health and safety of our employees, clients, and community remains our top priority. We want to make sure you know that we remain committed to continuity of service as we all respond to the current health crisis.

COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE: You should expect to receive the same everyday amazing service you’ve come to expect from Express Freight, even under these challenging circumstances. We have activated our contingency and business continuity plans which include multiple locations with back up protocols to ensure uninterrupted service with invoice and schedule funding. In addition, we will be providing expanded coverage and expanding deadlines for submitting fuel advances and factoring advances to EFS accounts. Our team is working and available, so don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have questions about your account.

In order to keep trucking companies rolling throughout the United States, we have expanded our hours of service:

Monday – Friday: 8am to 8pm (Mountain Time)
Saturday & Sunday: 8am to 5pm (Mountain Time)

Our expanded hours will allow us to process receivables and provide both funding and fuel advances. Trucking companies and owner-operators in need of working capital can sign up for our services so we can transfer funds from factored receivables through our EFS Fuel Card Program.

Our hope for all is that you and your family remain healthy and safe through the times ahead.
