The supporting metrics highlight this growth: Outbound Tender Volume surged to 98.3, while Inbound Tender Volume registered at 32.1, reinforcing a very strong Head Haul Index of 66.2—one of the highest currently recorded. Additionally, the Outbound Tender Reject Index rose to 14.66, suggesting growing tension in capacity and tightening availability.

Savannah’s momentum places it firmly in contention, especially with increasing shipment volumes and strong outbound imbalances. If this pace continues, Savannah could soon overtake top-tier markets as a prime opportunity hub for logistics and carrier operations.
